Gilver Fern

Gilver Fern is the bardic magic teacher in The Lyceum, and is also in charge of student affairs. He is a wispy, chatty, and kind elderly halfling.
He was blown away when he met Tiljann, as it had been many years since he had seen a Seela. He claimed the last seela to be through the school was Etinifi the Longstrider, nearly 50 years prior. He was at the school researching The Aquiline Heart.
