An excitable, young seeming Seela woman, from her statements appears to be between 40 and 50 years old, Tiljann appears emaciated as though she has never had a full meal in her life, light leather armor clings to her waifish body. Dark gray hair floats around her shoulders, and faintly glistening wings twitch behind her back, withered like a dragonfly that got too close to a flame. Tiljann met the party on the bridge across the White River in the Innenotdar Fire Forest where she was being attacked by 4 other Seela. The attackers mentioned that Vuhl had called for her death before they were repelled by the party, unsuccessful in their quest to kill her. While she appeared sad that one of the Seela, or Singers as she called them, had died, she still treated the party with excitement and optimism at the prospect of them coming to the rescue of her people. Tiljann is hopeful and optimistic, and while she sides with Papuvin as the leader of the Seela, she believes there is a solution to the issue of Indomitability that will lead to a positive outcome and the reconnection of the Seela people.
