Papuvin
The leader of the seela village within the Innenotdar Fire Forest, Papuvin is content to continue singing forever which he sees as his duty. Papuvin is opposed by Vuhl, the philosophical leader in favor of death for the seela to continue to natural order. Papuvin is well respected by Tiljann as a leader of his people, but even she sees a need for a resolution. The group met with Papuvin in E17 - Sacrifice of the Seela, and claimed that the Seela did not need help from the party - they were just fine doing their duty.
