Captain Ertaz Bellwether is known through wildspace as a mad adventurer. He has worked for nearly every organization in Realmspace, even though many do not know who he really is or where he came from.
After a nasty fight with some neogi, he lost most of his crew except a male Giff named Sergeant Hipopatam. Kark makes sure Hipopatam is well paid so he does not ask too many questions.
As Captain Bellwether is tall, about 6 feet. He has long locks of fiery red hair. His eyes vacillate between green, blue, brown, and red. He has an unusually round head with a flat, squat nose, wide set eyes. His ears are small and almost flat against his head. He wears a wide brimmed hat with a bedraggled jacket and breeches. He wears high black boots and stumps around as if both his legs were prosthetics.
