Elpídeos Philandichos

Elpídeos Philandichos was a Saikoan statesman and general that in the 5th century AAA led the Saikoan armies during the Saikoan in the Thronelands with the aim of the restoration of the Republic of Argothenge. He is remembered in Saiko as a national hero.
