The Destiny Arms

A set of legendary weapons, forged by Adaxus for key leaders of The Sul'at League and Scora Bael. Through exploration, interrogation and historical research, it’s been found that four of them may be present on the island, or at least made for four of the ancient giants who held influence there:

The Molten Grasp, a staff belonging to Adaxus. According to Makhad, Adaxus had the staff when he “disappeared” prior to the end of the Giant empire, but it was buried with him. Recovered by Akatash, then taken from him during the attack on the Skybreaker.

The Darkest Depth, a glaive belonging to Lyndara. Found on her body in the research facility known as The Maw, preserved there after her death by a mad beholder.

The Descending Storm, a sword wielded by Astrapa. Presumed to have died during the cataclysmic end of the Giants, thought to be with her body. Stolen by a morkoth, and recovered from its lair in the southern islands.

The Mirrored Ocean, a rapier given to Kleos. Apparently Kleos died during the years of the elven rebellion, and the rapier was recovered from his mausoleum in the Raining Palace to the south.

It is also believed that the Arms were used as a security measure, and several restrictions on the use of ancient Giant magical devices may be lifted if the wielder of a Destiny Arm were present.
