The residence and surgery of Doktor Mannfred Hilfer.
When he is not out on duty, Doktor Hilfer can be found in his practice in the Reikerbahn, where he and his nurse Hilda take care of those who seek out his aid. Truth is that the neigbours are very unsettled by the almost constant screaming from the patients, but also aware that they one day will need the attention of Herr Hilfer, so they merely avoid getting close his house as much as they can.
