Cunning and straightforward, Rowen is a unique domesticate in the sense that she and her brother Caleo still live together. Sibling pairings are very rare in domesticate life. Some dragons aren’t even aware that they have siblings. They were hatched into the Stirling family. Their master, Colin Stirling, purchased them from an underground auction. Eager to show off his wealth and power, he bought both of them. Rowen knows nothing of her past.
Growing up, Rowen had no illusions about her place in the household. She and her brother were trophies. Their master spoiled them rotten, gave them the best care, and worried constantly about their well-being. They were cleaned regularly, ate only the best foods, slept in lavish accommodations, and there was even a vet on call living in the mansion. She of course loved the attention and used it as a way to hold herself to a higher standard than other domesticates.
To make herself stand out more, she convinced her master to let her get a job. Not satisfied with taking any menial labor or security job like other dragons, she sought out the dragon
Cutter who was known for hiring dragons for "special" tasks. Rowen was introduced to prostitution and made a name for herself working as Cutter's agent. Despite being a domesticate, she was welcome among the clan-born dragons and her perspective of many things changed. Reality had shown her that her accomplishments meant nothing to the outside world and her desire for attention and spotlight was fleeting. She began to bury herself in pleasurable indulgances in order to avoid this and has left her with a nasty disposition. She is quick to resort to underhanded methods to get what she wants and pretends not to care about the feelings of others.

History
Cutter is something of a teacher and mentor to Rowen, teaching her about the outside world and the lives of dragons both clan bor and domesticate. Despite this, Cutter refuses to get too close to the younger dragon for reasons unknown and oftens treats their relationship as strictly business. Rowen fears this is because she is a domesticate and strains their already limited relationship.
History
Kathel quickly took a liking to Rowen since she had little experience dealing with domesticates. Despite learning the truth about that life, she took it as an opportunity to take the younger dragonness under her wing, becoming one of Rowen's most trusted friends and mentor.
History
Glee has known Rowen and her brother, Caleo, for as long as either can remember. However, Glee is unaware of how they came into their master's care.
Rowen and Glee do not like each other and never have. They are not quite enemies, but Glee thinks Rowen is entitled and rash while Rowen thinks Glee is arrogant and controlling. But Rowen often yields to the older dragoness given Glee's connections and experience.
History
Rowen has always been aware of Aeris despite the two having very little interaction together. This is because Aeris has always shown up Rowen in one way or another without even trying or meaning to. This has cause Rowen to harber a deep animosity towards the other dragoness, something that she has only recently begun to let go of.
