Hurgarn Boulderkind - The Elder of Order

The Elder of Order sits right in between the Elder of Arms and the Elder of Justice. He takes care of civil security inside the town walls (outside the Elder of Arms is responsible) and delivers any criminals to the Elder of Justice for Judgement. This is generally the role amongst the Elders thats looked down upon the most and the Elder of Order is normally looking to be promoted to another Elder position once he has gathered enough experience and a postion opens up.
The current Elder of Order is Hrugarn Boulderkind, a young and eager dwarf with ideals. He has been against the ploy that killed King Harbromm but was not brave enough to actually speak up against it.
