Manteia

Manteia is the capital of the city-state of the same name that grew around the wellspring of divination. It is located on the northwestern coast of Winderia. It is a quiet and peaceful city of average wealth despite limited industry, and the citizens have a slow, relatively long-term view of the world—much like their ruler. The architecture is unique when compared to the rest of Winderia, using more arches, curves, and a large amount of glass.
The city has a larger concentration of elves and half-elves than many of the other city-states in Winderia. Otherwise, the city is not particularly remarkable compared to other large cities in Cüro, other than a crime rate that is practically nonexistent.
Manteia is currently ruled by Galatea Laelithar, 10th Diviner of the Eight.
