Towering above the Vorba skyline is the Sapphire Spire, the heart of the Arcane District. Despite the bustling economy of the city at large, this district has turned its attention to learning and magical pursuits. Housing is not permitted in the Arcane District; focus is kept on governance and instruction. Along with the Spire, this district includes the other two most impressive non-commercial facilities in the city: the university and the archives.
