Vorba Market District

The Market District is where the action is. Dozens and dozens of shops and stalls sprawl through the heart of Vorba. The entrances are lightly guarded and the City Watch keeps an eye on things, but the mass of humanity can hide plenty of misbehavior. The buildings and streets are kept in impressive condition, and owners of successful businesses can afford the housing in the Market District.

• Notability: Emmery, the proprietor of Rumshackle, is known as a generous man who donates everything he can to the poor of Vorba's slums. This has been a detriment to the upkeep of his tavern, but the food and drink are tasty and at a fraction of other places in the district.
