This corner of the Icy Sea is divided into a north and south bay by a thumb of land that juts into the cold waters. A vast pall of smoke drifts across the bay from the Burning Cliffs, drawn toward the Land of Black Ice. In the central bay, a powerful storm giant keeps watch over the coastline from Blackmoor to the Tusking Strand in the north. This northern region provides sanctuary to a mix of barbarian and selkie peoples.
