To the Rulers of Zemlya,
ARTICLE I: The Oath of the Mind
2 Bulwark your mind against evil.
3 Face adversity with stoicism and tenacity.
4 Steel your mind in loyalty to family, clan, sovereigns and your people.
5 Focus your thoughts on building a lasting legacy.
6 Be worthy of the highest ideals of honor and justice.
7 So swear you before the Gods, their speakers, and the masses.
ARTICLE II: The Oath of Conduct
2 Alleviate suffering wherever you find it.
3 Face adversity with stoicism and tenacity.
4 Be loyal to family, clan, sovereigns and your people.
5 Be worthy of the highest ideals of honor and justice.
6 Create personal strength, physically and mentally.
7 Cultivate beauty in all you do.
8 Seek perfection of the mind through education, mastery of reason, perception and emotion by maintaining a balance between them.
9 Be brave and scorn cowardice. Let nothing tie you down.
10 Be reverent towards that which is sacred.
ARTICLE III: The Oath of Hammers
2 Thwart the followers and schemes of Lolth, Orcus and Vecna.
3 Unmask the secrets of Vecna, drag them into the light for judgement.
4 Destroy aberrant monsters and abominations of nature.
5 Defy those that would shun natural death and punish their hubris where you find it.
6 Suffer not the undead, remove their tethers to this plane and cast their souls from Zemlya
ARTICLE IV: The Oath of Accomplishment
2 Recognize the strength of organization and community over the individual.
3 Work with others to achieve goals of the realm.
4 Boldly seize your fate and that of Zemlya for they are united.
5 Embrace change and faithfully work to ensure it is for the better.
ARTICLE V: The Oath of Knowledge
2 Seek and promote the discovery of ancient artifacts, experiences, ideas, innovations, lands, lore, rituals, wilderness, and works.
3 Accumulate, preserve and distribute knowledge in all forms.
4 Construct and improve educational institutions.
ARTICLE VI: The Oath of Justice
2 Recognize and punish those that would break the laws and oaths of Zemlya.
3 Suffer not injustice, abuse, treachery, rebellion, or corruption.
4 Seek not retribution and vengeance, punish appropriately and proportionately
5 Carry out the duties of justice with stoicism and mercy.
ARTICLE VII: The Oath of Liberty
2 Lead and support others in their fight for liberty.
3 Resist and strike back against those who would rob Zemlya of its freedoms.
ARTICLE VIII: The Oath of Harmony
2 Defend the beauty of civilization and nature equally.
3 Protect the wild from destruction and overuse.
4 Do not fear or condemn the savagery of the wild, but live in harmony with it.
5 Maintain balance between the blazing light of zealous good and the utter darkness of evil.
ARTICLE IX: The Oath of Mortality
1 Hold no pity for the suffering and dying.
2 Bear in deed and action that death is the natural end of life.
3 Understand the difference between the practice of medicine and necromancy.
4 Allow the Gods to attend to your soul once it has completed its journey through death.
ARTICLE X: High Crimes of Zemlya
2 Abuse, generally: physically, sexually, or mentally injuring a person, violating one's power and/or authority for personal gain, or at the expense of others to include individuals and the realm.
3 Treachery, a violation of one's allegiance or of one's faith and confidence in family, clan, sovereigns and/or one's people.
4 Rebellion, taking up arms traitorously against the realm; the forcible opposition and resistance to the laws and process lawfully issued.
5 Corruption, dishonesty or criminal offense undertaken by a person or organization entrusted with a position of authority, to acquire illicit benefit or abuse power for one's private gain.

To establish the authority for the ruling monarchy of Zemlya and its descendant forms.
