Wanted: Vigilante in the Valley

Heed all citizens and refugees of Horfden,

authorities need your help finding an individual suspected of murdering dozens of mercenaries and people caught out in the wilderness of our good Valley. Please do not attempt to protect this culprit. Any who protect, harbor, and keep secret the known whereabouts of this suspect will be found guilty of being the individual's accomplice. The King would remind the good people that we do not condone vigilantism. In the name of law and order, we must not permit crime be met with crime.
