Hoofgap Glen

Hoofgap Glen is a strange forest, so strange that its name has been repeated as far south as the Duchy of Foridia. Its a wet temperate forest that harbors the strangest breed of horse on Mythris. The Rendlean Hoofgap. For those who have never seen one before, it can be a shocking sight and even disgusting. The hooves of a Rendlean Hoofgap are actually more like hands, four six inch fingers of thick carotene, with webs in between. It is highly debatable whether they are a genetic evolution due to the wet scrub land of The Fens, or if they were mutated on purpose by magic. Regardless of the truth, the Hoofgap is used through the Fens as a workhorse, due to it being able to easily traverse the soaking wet climate. The biggest drawback is that the Rendlean Hoofgap is extremely violent, and only even greater violence toward them can break them in.
