Logan Woodthrush
Perhaps the most tragic of stories is that of Mr. Woodthrush. Of all the things he has cared about, none are more at the front of his mind than his wife and two children. He was at one time the right hand enforcer of the Count of Shadow Sted , and after the Spirit Crushers defeat in 1668, he slayed the count by decapitation. In 1667, he became the caretaker of Darkwood manor, and stayed in the grounds guest house with his family, until a Sheik of the land of Akatar required Brom Dante Lavey assistance. They traveled to Akatar to retrieve the artifact known as ‘The Desert Wind’ where they encountered a terrible devil known as Amon the Betrayer . Amon was later defeated, and the Spirit Crushers eyes once again turned to Lavey and his friends. Logan had to perform horrid deeds in order to survive the battle, and upon his release from the Dreamscape, his family had fled him in fear. Later in his life he was able to locate his family, and slightly mend what was broken, but he was an old man by that time. Logan is a master ranger, and a crack shot with a bow, known to split multiple arrows at over two hundred paces with ease. Where he settled down is unknown, but it is assumed he has found peace, finally.
In the civil war that began in 1672, Logan had attempted to locate The White Rabbits, but was unsuccessful and captured by the Vedanian Initiative. Later on, was rescued by a clandestine operation in the city of Enitone .
