Lord Ivan Arion
Ivan Arion was his adopted brother Cyprien Dell's right hand man and most trusted advisor for most of their lives, as well as the leader of his armies. He never had any interest in ruling, and was more than content in his role to be his brother's second. They did not ever amongst the family make a distinction between siblings and adopted siblings, choosing instead to present a united front to the world. Ivan had three children to continue the Arion name and dynasty who would eventually go on to be the force behind the Principality of Arion.

Though Ivan was married and had a cordial to friendly relationship with his wife and never spoke ill of her or had affairs with other women, it was a poorly kept secret amongst the who's who of the developing Kingdom that his taste ran more towards men, and he is believed to have had several long-term male lovers, men who were raised to stations in the royal household, officer positions, and higher social ranks by their associations with the Lord Arion.

While Cyprien learned much from their father, the to-be King took after their mother Havva much more. Ivan, on the other hand, was nearly a clone of his father. Though tempered by the better natures of both Havva and Cyprien, he learned from his father how to never hesitate when something had to be done and was known for his patience as well as being decisive and brutal when necessary.
