Personal history

Khosta, son of Khati Talat, was given to the Nakhtim temple almost immediately after his birth, as his mother had fled her royal family out of shame of her pregnancy and refusing to acknowledge his father. She left when he was barely weaned from milk, to take her own vows in a different order, leaving her son to be raised as a Nakhtim fledgling. Khosta was shifted over to the Shadim quite early on, which is where he ultimately took his own vows.
