Government

The exciting thing is the Commons of Hillderan rests within this district. It is also the most central district of Hillderan. Some say the Mayor of Hillderan can't make a law or ruling on city manners unless they have a drink in hand and spent time in one of the lounges within the Commons of Hillderan.

Infrastructure

This district of Hillderan is made up of multiple traveling taverns. These carts have some of the same names as the most prominent taverns in town. This district also has many corners made up of lounges and places for quick rests. There are usually people around to allow admission into these places of rest.

History

The Court of Disord is used to relieve stress from a hard day's work. It started with a few miners of Pavian Black Powder trying to seek a place of relief. After a few years, the court of discord grew from a few buildings and a court to a whole district. The district eventually evolved to be a staple in Hillderan society.

Tourism

This district has many entertaining features to the city. Some people believe that all this excitement is partially to blame for the Gnomes mentality of work hard to play harder. When Tonga's Enchanments was open before it burned down, this was a secondary hub for exciting parties. Vincent "Vinton" Tonga has a magical mansion that he set up at his Tonga's Enchanments. Here he would charge 1gp for entry, and people would have a place to stay the night and experience all the louche behavior one wants.
