Borealis
Borrealis is the city of light and for good reason. Due to its location at the base of massive waterfalls, beautiful and brilliant rainbows shimmer over the city night and day. Faithful worshippers of the Trinity of Light will find a temple to the religeon here - largest in the world. The Council of Illumination meet here to deliberate on matters of the state that are not handled by tribal leaders. Around 250,000 call Borrealis home while another 100-150,000 are usually in the city as travelers, tourists, or most commonly - for religous purposes.
