The Dumple

In the foreigner quarter of Estalia lies an extremely popular restaurant known as The Dumple. It's owner, an orc man named Bruttish Filmen, originally hales from The Barrens and has brought many of his cooking techniques to the city.
The Dumple specializes in small balls of dough which have been wrapped around a savoury filling. Bruttish prides himself on his creativity and flexibility, and purchases only the best ingredients along the coast. Because of travel times and his strict standards, the fillings can vary significantly between visits. Some examples of previous fillings include:

• Root vegetables from the Summer Shores
• Hullbreaker Crab meat
• Boiled Black Whale blubber
• The Chef's Special - Typically consists of whatever extra meat or vegetables not used in previous dishes, cooked in an extremely spicy soup.

The restaurant itself is fairly small, and is set up as a grid of tables, sitting anywhere from 2 to 8 people. Adequate spacing is provided between the tables to allow for the passage of push carts, of who it is expected the patrons are to ask for pre-prepared dishes. The dishes typically contain 4 of the stuffed doughs, and are generally meant to be shared around the table.
