Personal history
The eldest child of King Ivasaar and the only surviving one after his brother, Prince Alren, was killed in battle. Feyrith believes the battle that took his younger brother's life to have been needless and this was the start of his negative feelings toward his father. These negative feelings reached a new height when King Ivasaar killed Feyrith's mother in anger.
When he was younger, Feyrith wanted nothing more than his father's approval, but after these deaths, he no longer thinks highly of his father's opinion, though he keeps his resentment secret for fear of drastic action from the King, even though Feyrith is the only heir. He longs for the day he is given the crown and can begin to undo some of the damage that Ivasaar has done to the kingdom.

Feyrith does everything he can to be a fair and just Prince and hopes to one day be a King who can truly serve his people. He doesn't want his people to suffer and views the trust they have in him as being precious and fragile, in that he knows that it can and should be revoked should he ever lose sight of his purpose of protecting his people.
