Zsultakk, Slavemarket Administrator
Zsultakk was a well known figure in Rafalquor as the administrator of the slavemarket. All contracts between the slavers and the buyers were written by him and before being presented to the Mistress for confirmation.
He was well connected with the city due to his position, especially with all kinds of slavers. It was also known that he was quick to check the 'legitimacy' of a slavery contract and not questioning the methods of the slavers. As he part of his duty he presented the cases to the Mistress making sure the slavers' claims received the attention they deserved, which earned him a lot of appreciation with those organisations.
