Bas Norgard
Bas was born in the fields outside Zoet Graan, the first Awakened in his otherwise feral feline family. He is married to Griet Norgard, with whom he has two kittens- Mayke & Nout. The family tours fairs and festivals during the warm seasons, performing their stunt show, running knife-throwing games, and selling small blades. In the Winters they return to their home in Zoet Graan.

History
As a first generation Awakened, Bas was much more curious about the town of Zoet Graan than his feral family. He joined the town as a 'community cat', earning food and shelter for his work controlling pests in the grain. Griet quickly fell for Bas for his untamed but quiet personality.
