Caira
Caira is an island country in the north of the Half Ocean. It is one of the 16 polar countries, 4th in size, before Drufenis, Kaltia and Nydiowa. The entire country is made up of the Caira desert, mostly uninhabitable for harmonids, except on the southern coastlines. The country has a total population of 354,900. There are an abundance of tribes that live in the coldest areas of the Cairan Desert, that live in complete solitude.
Assets
Caira owns the only army of glacial wolves on Greenerth. The army consists of 70 trained and armed glacial wolves, equipped with laser technology and tracking devices. The wolves have been trained to sniff out hidden enemies and spies within the kingdoms.
History
Caira was explored by Harmonids almost 1.8 million years ago. In their fleets of boats, they landed in the southern shores of the island. There they set up camps and gathered lots of food which they stored in containers that didn't let food spoil. They built up a few settlements along the shore as further inland the environments were too harsh for harmonids to survive there, but they did discover a territory seemingly owned by highly evolved glacial wolves.
Demography and Population
The entirety of harmonid population is found on the southern coastlines of Caira. At most the temperatures there are -4℃, just enough for harmonids to survive. The population is at 354,900, made up of various coastal settlements and cities.
Foreign Relations
Caira has a good relationship with Nydiowa, who sends over large quantities of clean water for access to the wastelands for resources. Nydiowa had the technological capabilities to easily explore the wastelands and harvest their natural resources, but Caira didn't. Caira doesn't have much fresh water too, so it made the perfect trade.
