Jirobad

Jirobad is a ruined city, found roughly one third of the way from Baqubair to Tel Ramiya.
Created as an administrative center during the days of the Adlon Empire, it lasted through the sundering and continued to be inhabited for the duration of the Sultanate of Nehemen. Jirobad proved unable to cope with the sudden transition to a harsh desert climate following The Tel Ramiya Crisis  , and was abandoned roughly 50 years later, after the nearby lake dried up and left the city without any major source of fresh water.
It is now mostly inhabited by Tosculi, with some enclaves of jackalweres, and a substantial northern section occupied by salt devils and their ogre and half-ogre slaves. The ruined city is also home to the first cathedral ever built in honor of Moatilliata, completed 16 years after the fall of Tel Ramiya, and still maintained by a family of light dragons.
The city's succubus-run brothel once catered to those creatures whose natures and tastes were not welcome in Nehemen's humanoid cities, but is currently between owners, following the defeat of its previous management by a group of mercenaries hired to assist the warlock Nadezhda Nott in retrieving a relic from the cathedral.
