Peko

Peko is a winter wolf that has been organizing the local wolfpacks around Vilaba and antagonizing the people.
Peko commands the wolves under his dominion with a mixture brute force, intimidation and claims of prophetic visions granted to him by Garmr. He claims to have seen a secret mountain top temple where Garmr will appear in his true form to defeat the sun itself, and he seeks to prevent a vaguely defined group of enemies he calls "the Defilers" from interfering with Garmr's ritual.
