Naivara Conservatory

On the eastern edge of the Redeemed Woods, halfway up a hill lies the Naivara Conservatory. This school is dedicated to the further understanding of the arcane arts and has produced dozens of arch-magi throughout its esteemed history.
The Naivaran Grand Chronicler leads the conservatory as he controls the flow of resources to the rest of the members. Directly below him are the 8 Grand Archetypes of each magic school.
As the finest school of magic east of the westergates, The Naivara Conservatory is capable of turning a student into a master of any of the 8 basic schools of magic. However, if they truly wish to test their mettle and try to become a member of The Shining Iolite Guard, they must delve further and learn of War Magic or Bladesinging. These two schools of wizardry are unique to this school, and the school protects its secrets well. Upon entry you are forced to swear a pledge of secrecy in the name of Ezona, Goddess of Protection herself or forfeit their lives. This vow is to never teach the ways of the War Mage or Bladesinging to someone who has not been admitted to the conservatory.
The close relationship with the Shining Iolite Guard manifests in that nearly every Iolite Knights is also an Archetype of the conservatory, as the title does not expire.
