Maudi, Draven, Thora have questions
As Wyndren, Syndaya, and Vera settle into their camp in Nonadar, Vera suddenly hears a stern voice in her head. "Tell me your location immediately," Draven's voice commands. Startled, she instinctively responds without thinking, revealing their exact location.
Moments later, the arcane hum and crackle of energy fill the air. Within seconds, Draven, Maudi, and Thora materialize before the group, their expressions a blend of urgency and determination.
Draven steps forward, his authoritative presence immediately commanding attention. "We received your message," he begins, his golden eyes narrowing. "We need to discuss what you’ve discovered about this... Mother Goddess."
Maudi, her feathers slightly ruffled with excitement and concern, adds, "We’ve done some preliminary research, but we need to hear everything from you. What exactly did you find in the Gila Cave?"
Thora, her voice calm and steady, chimes in, "Please, take us through everything you’ve experienced. We need to understand the full picture."
The players recount their journey, describing their discovery in the Gila Cave, the Earth Elemental Guardian, and their subsequent revelations about Gaia.
NPC Reactions:
Maudi: Listens intently, nodding and taking mental notes. "This aligns with the ancient texts. We need to spread this knowledge carefully."
Thora: Frowns thoughtfully. "It’s a lot to take in, but if this is true, it changes everything about how we view our world."
Draven: Skeptical but less dismissive. "I’ll admit, it sounds convincing when you lay it all out. We need to verify this further."
Path Forward:
The NPCs might suggest heading to a larger library for more detailed research.
They could propose consulting a high-ranking cleric or oracle to gain divine insight.
Draven might recommend assembling a council of trusted advisors to plan the next steps.

Plot points/Scenes
Pre-quel
In the quiet of the evening, Maudi Pagemaster, head librarian of the Library of Antiquities in Haundlyn, was relaxing at home, enjoying a rare moment of solitude. The soft glow of the evening lamps created a warm ambiance in her small abode, filled with various novels collected over a lifetime of scholarship. As she sipped her tea, a sudden, unexpected voice echoed in her mind. It was hesitant but cheery and unmistakably Syndaya’s. "It's Syndaya, found Gila Cave, Mother Goddess is the world, research about who she is. More people need acknowledge her or universe ends, not soon." Maudi's cup paused mid-air. Her wide, owl-like eyes blinked in surprise. Before she could fully process the message, her instincts took over, and she responded aloud, "Oh... ok... okay, I'll see what I can do." She set the cup down, her mind now racing with the weight of Syndaya's words. It was a lot to take in, but Maudi had never been one to shy away from a challenge. Without a moment's hesitation, Maudi grabbed her cloak and made her way to the library. Within minutes, she was at the familiar entrance of the Library of Antiquities. She unlocked the heavy wooden door, the familiar creak echoing in the silence. Maudi swiftly moved to the section of the library dedicated to deities and ancient lore. Her soft, feathered hands glided over the spines of numerous books, searching for anything that might shed light on the Mother Goddess. She pulled out several promising volumes, each one thicker and more worn than the last, and spread them out on a large oak table. As she flipped through the pages, her mind wandered to the implications of Syndaya's message. The notion that the planet itself was a deity was both astonishing and honestly unbelievable. The thought that the fate of the universe hinged on this knowledge being acknowledged by the people was a burden that felt almost too great to bear. She read through passages about primordial deities, ancient sacrifices, and the symbiotic relationships between gods and their worlds. Her eyes scanned for any mention of a Mother Goddess, hoping to find something that could explain what Syndaya had indicated. Within an hour, Maudi's research began to yield some results. She found references to the primordial being Gaia, also referred to as the Mother Goddess, who emerged from Chaos to create the material, the very fabric of the physical. The texts spoke of how the Gods told the people of Zil of the beginnings of the cosmos, how these primordial beings gave birth to the Titans and then the Gods. With a clearer understanding of the magnitude of the situation, Maudi knew she had to share her findings with Draven and Thora. Maudi carefully gathered the most relevant books and hurried to Draven’s office, knowing he often worked late. As she approached, she found both Draven and Thora in deep discussion about recent events. “Thank goodness you're both here, I need to speak with you most urgently,” Maudi said, her voice firm but with a hint of desperation. Draven looked up, his piercing golden eyes narrowing. “What is it, Maudi? Is there more trouble?” “Not trouble, precisely,” Maudi began cautiously, “but something... extraordinary. Now, hear me out. I received a message from Syndaya. She and the others have found the Gila Cave and... they believe the Mother Goddess is the world itself.” Thora’s eyes widened, her expression one of cautious curiosity. “That’s quite a claim, Maudi. What did you find in your research?” Maudi opened one of the books she had brought. “I’ve done some preliminary research. There are references to a primordial being, Gaia, who emerged from Chaos to create the material, the very fabric of the physical. I know it sounds impossible, but this aligns with what Syndaya mentioned. The problem is, we don’t have more than this basic idea. Our collection is limited.” Draven’s expression hardened, his tone skeptical. “You expect us to believe that the planet itself is a deity? It’s too fantastical. What proof do they have?” Maudi took a deep breath. “I understand your skepticism, Draven. But consider the evidence we’ve already seen. The creatures that tried to claim the nexus, the ancient prophecies, everything points to something beyond our current understanding.” Thora leaned forward, her eyes intent. “If this is true, it changes everything. But we need more information. We need to hear directly from Syndaya and the others. They have firsthand experience, we need to understand the full scope of their findings.” Draven, still questioning but more focused, nodded. “We need to verify this information. Let’s find out everything they know and see if it adds up.” Thora considered their options, then asked, “Does anyone have a wand of teleportation?” Draven, thinking quickly, replied, “I might know where we can find one.”
