Session 9: First Contact Report

The session started off with a pow! Tim confronts Jax, threatening his life as he was the traitor. Jax was dumbfounded and scared shitless. Jax knew very little about the meeting with Malcom Proffer and Astro's setup.

Aki was reached out to for a meet. Gato tapped into Aki's and Tomas's comms. Listening in for awhile as they were working with a workgang. Both were quiet and seemed stand offish to their crew mates.

Epi was approached by Ishumi about the research Epi did on the epidemic. Dornier-Bauer purge the records of the sickbay over night. Epi start rewriting what she remember and provide a copy of the notes to Ishumai. All the patients of the disease were removed from the sick bay with little details about it. Gato did a quick run against the Dornier-Bauer datafort on board. Got some of the data about the epidemic and did a data dump. He also stole some other research project data as well that he plan to sell off.

Epi picked up Aki and brought her to meet with the rest of the team. While they waited for the rest of the team, Karl was confronted by Midori. She came to see what Lock had done to him. She stormed off to go confront Lock as the rest of the team came to the dining hall. They talked with Aki about the situation. How there is little trust amongst the Drain Pipa, even at the higher ranks. She's scared but Gato was able to keep her cool.

Paranoia got the better of the team and they decided to search the observation room. They found a listening device. This caused a panic, as the team started to tear up panels following the line. This lead them to an area that is controlled by Rising Wassa, specifically a member called Cellz. Tim and Gato confront Jax again. Jax had little knowledge of this and the team have little respect for Jax's abilities going forward.

Zig Zag continued to talk with Mogui of the Gui Ti. He inform him of the horrible situation going on with the Drain Pipa. Meanwhile Gato checked up on the drop in the net from Mills. His message "Tell Lilly more assets incoming. Require a way to smuggle them on board. Ngozi Courers? Frozen Brothers? Mwamba Cuttas?". Gato also sent the data to his broker to turn a profit. As he travelled back to Galileo - O'Neil 2, he again ran into the colony Galileo|AI. Galileo again reiterated the message do not harm the colony.
