Stumbling on the dining room of the derro, Iluminus is in for the fight of their lives.
Finding the lair of the derro alchemist, the party is surrounded by the smell of the blue fungus. Like the best candy or food they've ever smelled. No wonder that the cultists were concerned about this new drug.
Having defeated the Blackfire Adepts attempt to control the Abyssal Gate in the Slaughtergarde Armory, Iluminus heads back to Bloodstone City and Defender's Heart and determines their next move.
After battling their way through some gnoll patrols and packs, Iluminus finds themselves entering another section of Slaughtergarde. The gnolls seem to have some BIG allies, such as the blinded mountain troll which guards the passage.
Having tracked the Blackfire Adepts caravan and the arctic gnolls following them. Iluminus stands on a hill overlooking the former camp of the adepts. Every member of that camp has been slain, and the gnolls are reveling and feeding on the remains. The camp rings a cave mouth where Iluminus believes the next piece of Slaughtergarde lies. This is what brought the Blackfire Adepts here.
Having taken out Clan Dourstone's Hall in Ironspur, the party has made its way to Virdin, determined to remove the last vestige of the Dourstones.
After sending word of the Dourstones' crimes, the Magnificent Seven (actually Five) rest after an encounter with derro. Their goal, to secure the location and clear any threats before the Council of Thanes is brought in to render the Council's justice.
Now in Dourstone Hall, the Magnificent Seven have defeated the thing from beyond and continue to search the Hall for its secrets.
Tracing the casks to their new destination of Dourstone Hall, they Magnificent Seven must breach the dwarven clan's hall and learn its secrets.
A new shipment of sealed casks, now known to contain severed heads, are on their way to Ironspur.
