  Mevius

  The setting to my evil campaign. Mevius is a country at war with its neighbor over religious and political tensions due to the use of necromancy and "excessive" magic use, Mevius thinks all necromancy spells leave not only the caster but the people there cast on for there soul to be "tainted" and that they will be damned to hell for it. and when it comes to excessive magic usage Mevius is once again the accuser saying the weave is being destroyed by the amount of magic used in civil issues and law in Kandabar. both these things leave Mevius weaker when it comes to military as there war casters are far and few between and war clerics are banned meaning while Kandabar may loose people they can come back just as fast as they die and Scrying spells lead to a large intelligence lead from Kandabar. Mevius is loosing and fast so fast the news has only reached places through rumor and in this turmoil evil that has been lurking can bubble up and petty crime runs wild as all who would fight against it has to work in the war only ones who are left is personal guard Services and a scrap of city Guard.
