A large kuo-toa-toa who serves as an underchieftain of the kuo-toa city of Bpfashishlaship in the Meridan Underdark. In addition to the physical advantages of being half again as large as a typical kuo-toa, Ishtip has some skill as a spellcaster, at least sufficient to cast tongues.
