During her time excavating the Great Crag, she and her twin brother Sham happened upon an old collapsed room in the deeper parts of the city. Shim swears that she remembers entering into the room with her brother, but after that all is a blank. What she does remember is a gnoll slapping her face outside the ruin they had been digging in, telling her that her brother was nowhere to be found. Which was entirely untrue, as he stood next to her with a concerned look on his face and not a scratch on his body.

Mental Trauma

Shim will frequently consult Sham on a variety of things. She believes that he exists, and is in need of ancient technology in order to bring him back to corporeal form. Shim is of the firm mind that it isn't her fault that others can't see him.
