Walter is a young man in his late 20's with an athletic body capable of taking care of himself if he needs to. He is scientist at heart and has worked himself junior executive in the Umbrella Corporation. He has been working on the the anti aging drug anagathics his whole time with the company.

Walter after graduating with honors at the the university of Tobia was recurited by the Umbrella Corporation out of college and put on there anagathics project. He worked his way up the chain of command as he was very insturmental in the devlopment and imporvement of the drug.  He was willing to travel from his home planet and go where the corporation needed him to go.  His faithful secratary Georgia Belle by his side they have moved from one project to another.  He was promoted to Junior Exctive and put in charge of the Arcadis project on the planet of Blue when he just turned 27 years old. He has been on this island for two years now.
