Harbin Wester is the Townmaster of Phandalin, a sleepy mining town nestled into the Sword Mountains. A banker by trade Wester is the perfect man for the role when it involves managing resources, keeping records, and operating a peaceful town. He was not the perfect man, however, to deal with any sort of threat on the scaleof an organised gang of thugs, as the Redbrands gang were quick to discover.
