Fallen Angel Sleeves

The sleeves of Alice's dress protect her mind. She is immune to Detect Thoughts, Charm Monster, Suggestion and Dominate Monster.

Boots of Swiftness

These powerful magical boots make Alice even faster, and allow her to use a haste effect for 20 rounds a day.

Alice has a pair of brass knuckles made from Solarian truesteel. They are enchanted with the power epic enchantment Freezing Blast.

Slaying Shuriken

Any shuriken Alice throws is imbued with a slaying effect. She uses these instead of the Longbows of Slaying most solars favor.

Special abilities

Alice has a wide array of spell-like abilities that she rarely uses. She relies on her martial arts skills, and is as skilled as the greatest of the mortal monks. She can also fly at greater speeds than most other angels.

Mentality

Personal history

Alice is an angelic monk, who is fallen from the grace of Tyr, and the former Angel of Temperance from the Court of Justice. Alice spent over 20,000 years serving Tyr, largely as an enforcer of the wrath of the law against the machinations of the greater succubi. She also taught the most gifted students of the Order of Scales, the monastic order of the Church of Tyr, who were sent to train with her in Celestia. Alice fell from grace after accidentally drinking alchohol at a heavenly reception.

Alice was guided to Sharess, goddess of hedonism, by the goddess’ daughter, Saint Valencia de'Franco. Valencia came to Alice right after her fall and convinced her to join Val in Trilago, Lilth, while she figured things out. Val also confronted the Chosen of Mask, who had also come to find Alice. Alice chose to go with Val, largely because she knew one of Alice's former students, Juliet, and lived with her and the rest of the Kundala Order for two years. During that time Alice's eyes were opened, often in shock, by how the Kundala trained in their "Path of Self." She did a great deal of blushing and hiding her face in embarassment, but also made meaningful connections with the Kundala and the clergy of Sharess living in Chezaré, County Trilago, Lilth. She also grew closer to Val, and although she did not consiously realize she was doing so at the time, spent a great deal of her time watching the demigoddess and following her around. Alice accompanied the Mithril Misfits to Trewal, where she found her new purpose in life and new Ideal, and became the Angel of Liberation.

Since taking her new Ideal and opening her heart to Sharess, Alice has moved back to the heavens, and now has a Mansion in Bright Water, on the plane the Blessed Fields of Elysium. Alice has put together a group of powerful friends who wish to help her fufill her new purpose, Liberty Host. They are something like a group of adventurers, but most of them are immortals. Alice has also become friends with one of her old rivals, Sachiel, Angel of Pleasure .

Education

Alice was born with great knowelege of the planes, religion, history and the law. She taught herself martial arts, and the style of fighting she developed became the fundamental fighting style of the Order of Scales. She also developed fine culinary skills from reading books on the topic and observing mortals. Since her fall Alice has gotten a very shocking education on several things she had been quickly naive about for her long existence, including a rigourous course in sex ed.

Employment

Alice is employed as an angelic servant of the goddess Sharess, the Tawny Temptress.

Accomplishments & Achievements

Alice has lost most of the pride she felt for the majority of her accomplishments. She is still very proud of her self taught cooking skills.

Failures & Embarrassments

Alice's two greatest embarassments have been when she realized mortals needed to eat more than three grains of rice a day (which is what she gave her mortal servants for centuries, starting an unfortunate monastic tradition) and when she realized that a lot of Sune's angels from the Court of Passion had been spying on her nascent sex life.

Mental Trauma

Alice's harsh rejection by Tyr for commiting an offense that she had not even intended, and her subsequent Fall left her with a lot of things to work through.

Intellectual Characteristics

Alice is both very intelligent and very wise. Since her fall she has realized that she spent most of her long life being very naïve though, and she has been working hard to correct that.

Alice is still negotiating her new morality and philosophy. She is still a good person, and has a strong desire to help others break the chains that bind them.

Alice has a strong personality, and like most angels, is well liked by most mortals. Her new circumstances in life have rescently put her in a lot of situations that have been awkward for her, and where she felt less self confidant than she does while fighting, but she is working on it.
