Background
"I was an orphan who was taken in by the church of the world alter. We were led to believe that we were changing the world for peace, but little did we know we were misled and started causing chaos.
The pope had sent me to adventure forth alone to try to find people to recruit them for the church, so that way the church has more people to try to change the world."
Draco is personally interested in the warforged and the Talinar elves of Valinar. He beliefs they are valuable to the church of war. For instance, one of his friends of the warforged is R0-k1. Draco's ideals and beliefs primarily align with those of the church of war faction within the church of the world alter.
Motivation
"My character all his life never could find answer to who he really is and where he's from, but he still believes deep down either one or both of his parents are still alive and he's adventuring to save live and help others but most importantly to find his lost family. His church and deity has provided the strength, the knowledge, along with the resources he needs to make it on his own but as he traveled he's learned the true dangers in the world are far greater than he could have ever imagined, so he decided traveling with others is a safer option he needs to follow in order to find his parents."
"One lead is that the pope said he saw a red haired woman running away from the church when he opened the door. Short term goal is to become stronger physically and spiritually so I can become closer to my deity so I can be protected, if I am more protected it'll raise my chances off being able to find them or her."

Secret Story Arc
The Basics
The story of Draco's parents forever remains a mystery, but traveler knows that. Draco is choosen as the Traveler's prophet of chaos by tricking Draco into thinking he is doing good. Whether or not Draco ever is truly talking to the traveler or if the traveler is even real is up for debate. However, one thing is for certain: Draco has unnatural power. As the story progresses, the mark will slowly spread over draco's body.
Part one (lv. 5 - lv. 10)
Draco's story starts as he enters the Mournland. As he enters the fog and begins to walk in it, he is eventually seperated from the party and is confronted with a vision. He is greeted by the traveler who appears in all black with a billowing red clock. The stranger asks him: "Follower of my divine will, you have remained true to your faith and have remained strong in your battles for change. I wish to bestow upon you a gift....a gift of change....of reform...I cannot tell you what it is, but it will allow you to aid my church in so many more ways, do you accept?" (This is a trick question as the abberant mark has already been bestowed upon him.)
Draco obtains a Abberant Dragonmark that looks like just a bunch of random curved lines covering his hand and forearm. This mark operates as if it were the feat. The spell he gains is the chaos bolt spell.
Currently, unknown to the party, the organization known as House Tarkanan is hunting them. They lack strong leadership, but are currently being led by the annointed one from the second adventure whom is out for revenge. The annointed one himself has a greater Dragonmark, but if Draco defeats him, he could technically take control of the house and either merge it with the church of war, solidifying their control, or do something else entirely.
As this all happens, the power struggle contines to surge within the church as violence becomes more rampant between both the nations and the seperate factions.
Part two (lv.11 - lv. 15)
The entirety of the story now solely depends on Draco's actions regarding House Tarkanan and the church of the world alter. However, at lv. 11 or so, the traveler will visit him in another vision congratulating him on his success focusing on change. At this point, Draco's mark becomes a greater abberant Dragonmark granting him the ability to also cast the 3rd level spell Melf's Minute Meteors.
(NPC Only) Another ability he will soon learn is that he can grant Abberant dragonmarks to certain individuals who are followers of the church of war. This partakes in a ritual in which Draco puts his hand with the mark on it on their forehead and began chanting in an unknown tongue as black runes began to appear on the ground around them. After about a minute, they recieve an abberant dragonmark. Once he does this, he can't do it again for 1d6 days. As he does this, his fame will quickly spread as some call him a prophet even.
Part three (lv. 16 )
The story continues to progress most likely reaching the climax as Draco recieves one final vision from the Traveler telling him to bring to change to all around him and to everyone of the nation. At this point his mark is upgraded to a Siberys Abberant Dragonmark. It now has a golden appearance and covers his entire body. He can now also cast the 6th level spell sunbeam once per long rest
As this happens, Draco can now use his abberant ritual on anyone he deems worthy twice before the cooldown (except the PC's) and the cooldown has been reducedd to 1d4 hours.
