Johanna was the youngest child of the Ravenswood family. She was adopted by Hans Ravenswood and Leila Ravenswood after Leila's sister Jaereene Taivahantaival couldn't take care of her. She was raised as a Ravenswood. She knew she was adopted but she never felt out of place. Johanna doesn't know her real parents.
 
She was always adventurous. When she was finished with her military service she trained to be a resistance Nightingale and then set out to adventure around the northern Graelia.
