A fairly young speaker by usual election standards; known to be very charismatic, but also keeps personal life quite secretive. Zhar has been quite active since his election in expanding Almaaz’s already lucrative mining operations as well as increasing trade with realms outside Serediza, hoping to compete with the likes of House Wildemere and House Amberheart economically. It seems very likely that he will be re-elected, given the prosperity he has brought to the already bustling city of Almaaz.
