Thiol's mentor, smart wizard, a bit of engineering background

Wylandriah was pulled from another plane (which she really doesn't go into much detail on) around 1000 years ago. She doesn't appear to age and is a wizard with some technological/engineering leanings. She moved from @Druimmor after there was some political unrest there. She had some history with Jatai Blazegrove until he got engaged. She is also an Ancient Steel Dragon.  In the past few months, she became the reigning deity of Dreamworld.
