Aeneas seemed... bothered, to say the least, when he heard about Garaia (or rather Ulëx) being chosen by an Archfey. My insight would tell me because being chosen is a kind of glory that he is now envious of. I didn't want to stir up any more conflict in the group so I elected not to remind Aeneas about my being called by Terek. Though this has got me thinking back on my life, and how things may have turned out differently had I not received the calling. I can't imagine it would be too entirely different, but I must admit I do have an idea of how it could have went. Even now I ditest the violence. Which isn't uncalled for as a Crusader, we are called to action to defend others, even now I am the shield along side Aeneas' sword. But I do think I would have still be drawn to the divine. Being a healer who inspires wisdom and hope in others. If Chalice is correct... and that is a thought that makes me uncomfortable... then maybe I was a Cleric of Life in a past life.

Goodberry tea is my absolute favorite drink, but of course it is almost impossible to come by. Goodberries only grow naturally in the Feywild. If you don't have a way or will to travel to the Feywild, you need to find a person who is connected to the nature magics to create goodberries by transforming specific plants to the delicious berries.

Visiting Caelum's household was certainly a nice experience, but if there is one thing that I miss more than a nice warm bed on this adventure, it's the amazing meals that I've grown so accustomed to at home. Inns are not intended to be quality restaurants, and of course how could they be? Inns have to divide their attention between food, rooms, and so much service. And if I'm being completely blunt, water, bread, and dried meats have become tasteless to me. I would give everything for a nice cooked stag with beef gravey. Oh! And a sweet refreshing glass of goodberry tea to wash it down.

This is now the second time that Aeneas has used me like a tool, seeing me as a 'prince' and not as a person. I suppose I cannot fault him to much, this specific situation was an advantageous for us to have a status in Adura... still though... I wish he wouldn't be so heavily relying on my birthright. Though I must admit, I absolutely love this suit. I've never been in a position to personally customize and tailor every individual aspect of my attire.

Sarah is... complicated to say the least. She is like a bad part of me that I can't force myself to loose. After the first night we spent together at Evertree inn, I was convinced I'd never see her again. Time and time again I found myself running into her by mere chance, or fate, and more and more I felt conflicted about the joy and desire I feel about seeing her again. When we kissed, our first (and as of right now only) kiss, her lips gently pressed against mine, then her blade pressed against my skin and left a scar that is... a reminder... or maybe a brand.

I must admit... I have grown quite tired of the cold. Winters in Adura never seemed as harsh, nevermind that I spent many of them next to a warm fire with a hot drink and dragon cookies. I've never wanted to stay in a warm bed more than when the ice fog rolled in. Even if not the ice wolves, then I still won't forget feeling exhausted and sick while being pelted in the heavy snowfall.
