Overview

Ogma Horne is a constable commander in the Brass Spears of Novus, placed as the chief military officer in charge of the Civilian Policing Division of the Dust District.

Ogma is a career member of this division, and has seen the Dust District be a den of crime and rabble across her career. She is quick to assess a situation and will favor expediency in the pursuit of keeping order.

She is jaded by her time as commander and is a strict adherant to the status quo
