After a brief separation from the group we reunite and are on a quest as titled by Kat "The Search for the Panties" -seems to me that he is the most likely suspect but I will keep quiet as we search for the culprit.
We come upon a hysteric man who I heal in the hopes of calming him down and extracting information from him.
He speaks of a plague of walking scarecrows coming from the old Hambly farm. Everyone dead. They killed the dogs too (Those bastards)
We have two destinations now.
The Hambly Farm and the Sanitarium.
We head toward the farm first and meet nobody on the way for they are all hiding in fear in their homes.
We sing a jolly song on the road "We're going on a trip in our favorite rocket ship zooming through the sky, Little Einstein's"
We arrive at the Hambly fields and immediately see a scarecrow, I fear the fields may be full of them. After Kat tears apart an empty scarecrow Billy takes flight and leads us on the path to the Hambly house, avoiding enemies.
As we approach the barn we hear growling and screaming coming from inside. Ghouls await us.
We battle the ghouls to clear them out and continue our investigation but the noise of the battled attracted the scarecrows from the field and they quickly surround the barn. We climb up the rafters to give us time to come up with a plan.
They are no match for my Fire.
I notice a Ghoul trying to climb to the roof past my spot by the window so I make sure to take him out with my flaming spear.
Two of the scarecrows were local town folk, on the brink of death from their change, I am able to heal them and save the lives of Horan and Lsdy Guffman. The rest are to far gone to save.
We enter the house and are set upon by more monstrous ghouls.
The corpse of the Hambly Patriarch decays in the corner, and we notice that several of the ghouls were once members of the Hambly family.
These foes fall to my burst fire just as well as the ones in the barn, I am able to take out the Ghast as well, avoiding a drawn out fight.
As the Ghast is destroyed it drops and iron key bearing the Foxglove family crest.
There is also a loose floor board with a wooden coffer inside containing 340 gold and a divine wand of healing.
Next- To the Sanitorium!
The building is 3 stories tall with tiny windows.
We enter the reception area and upon seeing no one at the front desk we ring the bell for service
*ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding dingdingdingdingdingdingdingdingdingindgdingdingdingdingdingdingdingdingding*

The doctor that appears is twitchy and seems nervous but has the orderlies go and retrieve Grast.
Because of not getting a chance to fight at the Hambly house Kat is overtaken by the zoomies- he races around us and the room as we wait.
The orderlies appear with Grast who looks close to death and is non responsive, but he perks up and becomes attentive at the sight of Cyan.
"If you join his pack he will end his harvest in your honor"
He collapses to the floor with a shriek then tears out of his straight jacket and leaps forward.
Inuyasha quickly kills him and the Sanitarium caregiver starts begging for forgiveness.
"Please don't tell anyone about my incompetence"
He confesses to experimenting on Grast, and others, trying to unlick the secrets of ghoul fever.
We demand he take us to his lab.
Inside the lab there are two large operating tables and a cabinet full of unnecessarily invasive surgical tools.
After raiding his lab for supplies he suddenly makes for s secret wall panel that leads into another room- releasing a wererat and yelling for a Zaran.
Zaran turns out to be a wizard who sends Zombies up the stairs to attack us but unfortunately for him Zombies are very susceptible to fire. Seeing us slaughter his minions he tries to escae and we quickly subdue him. We relieve him of his supplies and decide to explore his lab.
In his research notes we discover that they have been tracing ghoul attacks and trying to find the source of the ghouls, knowing that it is somewhere in this region.
Our next destination is Foxglove manor.
