I engaged the mutated bikers at the same time as the now-bigger tree-man from New Hampshire. Then a man in flying armor showed up and closed in on the mutants. We managed to fend off and defeat them, and I took particular joy in blocking the attacks and then replying with devastating counterstrikes. Since the mutates weren't trying to kill anyone, I used my hardened gloves and boots against them rather than my claws. I know how lethal that they can be! I didn't get the pleasure of knocking out any of those losers- it seems that the tree-man and the power armor dude took that all for themselves. The tree-man introduced himself as Timber and the power-armor dude said that his name was Nightwing. I swear I've heard of the latter's name before, but I can't quite place it. We still took out the trash though, so a win is a win.
I noticed that Dr. Moses had placed the bartender in a clinch and was working on interrogating him. As I headed over to him, I was interrupted by a mysterious man who introduced himself as my LFER contact named "Perry". He spoke with Timber and Nightwing and persuaded them to join me in the LFER. I had heard about the renegade cell, which was a shame that they did their best to discredit our cause- but I'm glad that they've been expelled. My mentor mentioned that we should grab samples of the drinks that the bikers had, as they probably contain some new drug that's been hitting the world recently. I managed to find a couple of syringes filled with a mysterious liquid. We headed over to a safe house, taking along some prisoners.
I'll have to get to know more about this mysterious Nightwing, as well as the amusing Timber.
