Tol'Toma Aquaintance

After the unknown woman left Phil's home, he went through the things she left behind. Among her notes, he found a letter. Something seemed off about the letters to him, so he slaved over it trying to uncover its secrets. He soon discovered a hidden message among the seemingly normal letter, containing artificing notes. He began to send letters infrequently back and forth with the person the letters were from, known only as 'R' to Phil. He received several letters from R before the trickled to a stop. Left on his own, Phil figures that going to Tol'Toma is the only way that he'll learn artificing. Phil sees R as a secretive person, and someone who has potentially sent letters secretly before.
