Benton Part 1

I was making my way through the town of benton today and saw a group of adventurers kill a very rude bull man. I offered to help heal one of them after their fight and will hopefully convince them to let me tag along with them. Honestly travelling alone is freaking me out. I think dad is trying to get me killed sending me out on my own like this. If i can get some people who will protect me then I think i might be able to live long enough for dad to let me come home.
 
We started the day and are searching for a missing child. I don't know these adventurers but if they are helping find a missing child they cant be that bad. I found a stuffed rabbit in the woods that i think belongs to the boy. it had some sort of ooze on it that one of the adventurers said was fiendish. It might be more dangerous with this group than it was with us. I came upon a farmer that was some sort of otter man. He claimed to be a believer of pelor but he was not as pious as i would have hoped. his fields were ravaged and I can only assume it was due to his lack of diligence to the lord of light.
 
He directed us to a dark barn on the edge of the woods where we were attacked by quasits. That means that there are demons or a demon around leading them. We killed them easily but i'm not so sure things are going to keep going as smoothly. We found a young otterkin girl in the barn that appeared to have been kidnapped or trapped by the quasits. She claimed to have known the missing boy so we are fresh on the trail.
