An Absolute Failure

Well, that couldn't have gone much worse shy of maybe a wizard waiting there to cast a nightmare spell on us again. The guards must have been tipped off about the places we were keeping an eye out for, or maybe they beefed up security, on account of us doing it every year. Either way, we couldn't find any entrance for the places we were scoping out without making ourselves known. We tried using what we've been taught to cause a disruption or lure them away from these places, but short of directly attacking them, there wasn't much any of us could do. We all got heated after this. Bellile says this was entirely Tarbin's fault, but Tarbin accused us of not not having enough heart in it. Even Perceus took to our defense against Tarbin this time. The worst part about this is that the local papers mentioned how several homes and businesses actually were vandalized and looted. How weren't we part of this?
