Chupa Poppu
Chupa Poppu is the daughter of Gourmet Poppu and twin sister of Charm Poppu. After the The Roripop Revolution Chupa and Charm became the princesses of The Roripop Kingdom. They ruled the kingdom from 113BM to 35AM during what is regarded as the golden era of the Roripop Kingdom.
Despite ruling the kingdom for 148 years, Chupa and Charm remained eternally youthful, hardly looking like they aged a single day. While definitely odd, they were so highly regarded and praised by the kingdom that no one minded one bit. After the limbo Gourmet had put the kingdom through it was a pleasing and welcome change.

Chupa's main attire was a blue gradient dress with streaks of gold. She wore earrings and wristbands that look liked the stripes on a Chupa Lolipop wrapper.

Personal history
Chupa was born in the year 128BM, 11 years before The Frutuscore War. Her early life with her sister was somewhat pleasant. Gourmet cared for and spoiled them, for she wanted them to grow up to be a striking image of herself and one day carry on her legacy. Gourmet was a strict mother, resorting to yelling most of the time.
Chupa always acted as the older sister, defending Charm and usually taking the blame. She deeply cared for her sister and would even put her own life before her own.
As Chupa grew up, she became aware of her mother's misdeeds and cruelty. After words didn't work, Chupa decided to take action and rally the kingdom against her own mother, finally putting an end to her tyranny once and for all. Charm followed her sister of course but was more against the idea than Chupa. This was, of course, The Roripop Revolution.
At the climax of the revolution, specifically after the twins confronted their mother, Chupa emerged from the castle gravely injured; a deep stab wound in her gut. It is unknown if this was caused by a guard, her mother, or some other unknown source. Despite her injury, she knew the kingdom needed a leader and volunteered. Charm objected, saying that she would take the position while Chupa recovered. This is what would lead to their duel leadership later on.
Chupa made a faster recovery than expected and no one really knows why. The wound healed within a couple of weeks, leaving no scar whatsoever. It was rumored that Chupa tended to her own wounds while recovering and must have had a medical breakthrough of some kind.
After she recovered, some citizens swore that she looked slightly different; that her hair had an almost purplish hue to it rather than pure blue as it was before and one of her eyes changed in a similar fashion. These claims were never confirmed and came from the minority of the kingdom's citizens.
It was during Chupa's reign that the Roripop Castle Lab was built. After her recovery Chupa spent a lot of her free time researching and experimenting on the strange virus affecting the kingdom and no other nation, which Chupa coined The Candy Virus.
As time went on Chupa was seen less and less, and when she did make a public appearance, she looked extremely tired and often had bandages covering wounds around her arms and legs. No one knew why until 54AM where Amai Poppu was announced to the world. Chupa appologized for her absence and joked about how raising a kid was a full time job and harder than leading a nation would ever be.
Then a year later Chupa and Charm would announce they were leaving, sailing north to get some well deserved relaxation while Amai ruled in their stead. Since then they haven't been seen but Amai occasionally receives letters from them.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Chupa helped bring the Roripop Kingdom into it's golden era. She also coined the term Candy Virus and began researching it.

For her entire reign Chupa worried the people would come to resent her like they did her mother. She was determined to be as different from her as possible.
